In addition to overseeing Hostess Brands’ ESG initiatives, our Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors oversees governance matters and focuses on finding and retaining new board members with sufficient knowledge and experience needed to drive the business forward. We strive to foster diversity of thought on our Board of Directors. To accomplish that objective, the Nominating and Governance Committee considers ethnic and gender diversity, as well as diversity in perspective, professional experience, education, skill, and other qualities in the context of the needs of our Board of Directors when looking for new board members.
