Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 4, 2021, Andrew W. Jacobs, Executive Vice President, Chief Customer & Experience Officer of Hostess Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) informed the Company that he was resigning, effective June 18, 2021, to accept a position as Chief Executive Officer with a non-competing consumer packaged goods company.
