We Encourage Our Employees to Report Code Violations and Concerns

Hostess Brands, Inc. has adopted a Code of Ethics that applies to all directors, officers, employees, agents, and consultants and that requires them report violations or potential violations of the Code to their supervisor, the Human Resources Department, the CFO, the General Counsel, or the hotline.

Our Whistleblower Policy is intended to comply with the requirements of Section 301 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and Section 922 of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.
