Food Safety & Quality Programs
We have robust food safety and quality programs in place to ensure our products are safe for our consumers and to maintain our high-quality standards at all of our bakeries and distribution centers.
- Each of our facilities maintains a food safety plan, which is reassessed annually by the management team at each facility. The food safety plan includes a Hazard Analysis and Risk Based Preventive Controls ("HARPC"), a supplier approval program and other food safety controls.
- All of our operating facilities have Global Food Safety Initiative ("GFSI") benchmarked certifications and many of our ingredients are sourced from suppliers which are GFSI benchmark certified.
