Brian is Chief Executive Officer of Hostess Brands.  Brian joined Hostess in June, 2010 bringing 30 years of food and beverage industry experience to the Company. Previously, he was President of Sales, Customer Service and Logistics for Kraft Foods, Inc.  Earlier, he held various posts at Nabisco from 1995 to 2000, including Senior Vice President of Biscuit Direct-Store Delivery Sales and Customer Service. Prior to Nabisco, he held a variety of key executive roles in sales and general management at Nestlé Foods. He began his career in 1980 as a metro New York sales representative for Procter & Gamble.

Senior Vice President of Information Technology

Steve is Senior Vice President of Information Technology. He is responsible for all IT support and enabling systems for the organization. Steve has been with Hostess since February of 2008. Prior to that, Steve has held a variety of Information Technology leadership positions including Vice President of Information Technology for Quaker State; acting Chief Information Officer for Booz Allen Hamilton; and Chief Information Officer for CompuCom, a multi- billion dollar technology company.

David A. Loeser

Executive Vice President of Human Resources

David A. Loeser is Executive Vice President of Human Resources. He is responsible for HR Strategy and Planning, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Communications, Performance Management, Training, Diversity, and Safety.   Dave has vast experience in the world of HR. He was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Celanese Corporation. He also held SVP HR leadership positions at CompuCom Systems, Inc. from 1999 to 2005; Quaker State Corporation, from 1996 to 1998, Continental Airlines, from 1994 to 1996 and also held various leadership positions at PepsiCo from 1985 through 1994.

Kent B. Magill

Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Kent is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Hostess Brands. He is responsible for all legal affairs, risk mitigation, corporate compliance, crisis management and environmental affairs, as well as corporate governance. Kent has been EVP and General Counsel at Hostess since August, 2005.  Prior to that, he served as VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, 2002 to 2005; Associate General Counsel, 2000 to 2002.  Prior to joining Hostess, Kent was the VP, General Counsel and Secretary at the Layne Christensen Company from 1992 to 2000.  He served in various capacities at The Marley Company from 1980 to 1992, and he began his legal career as an associate at Shughart, Thomson & Kilroy, Kansas City, Missouri.

Richard is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for marketing all of our brands as well as innovation, R&D, regulatory, consumer strategy and consumer relations. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of High Liner Foods, 2000 to 2005; Vice President of Consumer Products at Rich Sea-Pak Corporation, 1995 to 2000.  Rich worked in various marketing functions at the Sara Lee Corporation from 1981 to 1995, including Vice President of Marketing.  From 1976 to 1981 he worked in sales and sales management for Campbell Sales Company.

John is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his leadership of the Finance function, John is also responsible for the IT organization at Hostess. Prior to Hostess, John was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, Inc., where he led the separation of the business from its UK parent, Cadbury and its spin off onto the NYSE. Prior to Dr Pepper, John was SVP and CFO for Diageo PLC's North America unit. John also had international CFO roles in Diageo's drinks business and spent several years at Diageo's Pillsbury unit.

Gary K. Wandschneider

Executive Vice President of Operations

Gary K. Wandschneider is Executive Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, fleet management, operations strategy, productivity and cost control, and quality assurance operations. Prior to joining Hostess in March, 2007, Gary served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Pepsi Bottling Group.  Gary joined Pepsi-Cola North America in 1982 as a Production Manager and served in a number of positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, VP of Operations, General Manager for the Texoma Business Unit, and Vice President of Manufacturing and Logistics.  From 1979 to 1982, Gary held operations leadership positions in Miller Brewing Company (formerly a division of Philip Morris Companies, Inc., now known as the Altria Group, Inc.) and participated in the start-up team for the Miller Brewing Company’s Baldwinsville, New York brewery.
